Configure each of the five boxes as a different test. Each test has its own low-to-high concentration range and color calibration. To keep scanning reliable, the QR code stores only the five reference colors and uses the fixed test order shown on the card.

Low to high calibration

Box 0 is a printed white calibration reference. Boxes 1-5 are the five different test pads. Keep the blank centers clear for the reagent reaction; the printed calibration below is for setup and visual reference, while the QR carries the five high/reference colors used by the scanner.
